Esta es la primera vez que Superteamwheels utiliza un diseño de ruedas con la parte delantera más alta y la trasera más baja, con ruedas delanteras de 51 mm y traseras de 48 mm. Este diseño mejora la aerodinámica delantera, reduce la carga de aceleración en las ruedas traseras y optimiza el equilibrio de la conducción. Las ruedas tienen la parte inferior plana y conservan la forma de aleta de tiburón, lo que optimiza la aerodinámica, mejora la estabilidad con viento lateral y proporciona una conducción más suave y precisa.

Equipadas con bujes DT Swiss 180 EXP, rodamientos cerámicos y un sistema de núcleo de rueda libre de 36 dientes compatible con Shimano HG y SRAM XDR, las ruedas ofrecen un acoplamiento suave y una transmisión de potencia eficiente. Radios de carbono de 3,2 mm con cabecillas de titanio para una excelente rigidez y durabilidad.

CS11-3.2-SL Spokes

CS11-3.2-SL is a high-strength carbon fiber composite material with a width of 3.2 mm, a length of 255 mm, and a weight of 1.75 g (excluding nuts). It is currently the lightest carbon spoke in the world.
We conducted tensile tests, tensile damage tests, and lateral compression tests on this spoke. The results show that: the spokes are stable within the force range without sudden changes; the material strength and structural design are excellent and can withstand extremely high tension; the spokes can maintain a stable structure under high-speed cornering, lateral impact (such as wind resistance, bumps), etc.

Titanium Alloy Spoke Nipples

The spoke nipples are upgraded from stainless steel to titanium alloy.
