Redefining Speed: S-All Carbon Ultra H2 Wheelset

In an era where speed and efficiency are constantly being redefined, truly high-performance wheelsets must not only be lightweight but also strong and precisely responsive to every pedal stroke. The S-All Carbon Ultra H2 was born from this philosophy—designed for riders seeking the ultimate riding experience.

In 2023, we launched the S-All Carbon Ultra, often referred to as the "shark fin." In 2025, we upgraded the "shark fin" and launched the even higher-performance wheelset—the S-All Carbon Ultra H2.

The Golden Balance of Lightweight and Strength

The Ultra H2 weighs only 1290g, an outstanding performance among all-carbon wheelsets in its class. This lightweight design not only delivers more responsive acceleration but also significantly reduces energy consumption during long rides and climbs, allowing for more sustained speed and a more stable rhythm.

54T Ratchet Hubs: Instantaneous Power Response

54T means the ratchet has a smaller engagement angle, which can transmit power faster than 36T or 24T ratchets. The smaller engagement angle (about 6.67°) reduces idling when climbing, sprinting, or accelerating, improving riding efficiency. For road bikes, triathlons, climbing, cross-country, and other scenarios, the 54T ratchet provides a more agile power response, giving riders an advantage in high-speed shifting or complex terrain. Compared to ratchets with higher teeth (such as 108T), the 54T maintains a faster response while also taking into account durability and ease of maintenance, and is less likely to cause excessive wear of the pawl.

3.2mm Carbon Spokes: A Balance of Rigidity and Aerodynamics

CS11-3.2-SL is a high-strength carbon fiber composite material with a width of 3.2 mm, a length of 255 mm, and a weight of 1.75 g (excluding nuts). It is currently the lightest carbon spoke in the world.
We conducted tensile tests, tensile damage tests, and lateral compression tests on this spoke. The results show that: the spokes are stable within the force range without sudden changes; the material strength and structural design are excellent and can withstand extremely high tension; the spokes can maintain a stable structure under high-speed cornering, lateral impact (such as wind resistance, bumps), etc.

Titanium Alloy Spoke Nipples: Lightweight and Reliable

The spoke nipples are upgraded from stainless steel to titanium alloy.
Lightweight: The density of titanium alloy is about 4.5g/cm³, which is 58% of the density of steel, 7.8g/cm³, to reduce weight and improve pedaling response.
High tensile strength: suitable for high-tension wheels to ensure structural stability under high-speed riding or complex road conditions.

Ceramic Bearings: Smoother every roll

The front wheel uses two ceramic bearings: ceramic bearings have low friction, smoother rotation, improved rolling efficiency, and reduced energy loss. Since the front wheel is subjected to less force, the use of ceramic bearings can maximize smoothness and increase cruising speed.
The rear wheel has three ceramic bearings and one steel bearing: this can ensure efficient transmission, reduce pedaling losses, and increase power output; steel bearings are more impact-resistant than ceramic bearings, suitable for high-torque transmission, and improve durability.

Wave Rims + “Shark Fins”: The Evolution of Aerodynamics

The bionic technology of the wave circle originally came from the nodule on the front edge of the humpback whale's pectoral fin. Experiments have proven that this bulge can bring better aerodynamic benefits. Rugged surfaces have better aerodynamic effects than smooth flat surfaces, reducing air resistance. SUPERTEAM has optimized the design of these dimples based on the characteristics of the aerodynamic wave circle and adopted a "shark fin"-shaped matrix arrangement to better integrate these dimples and the wheelset.

ASTM Proved

Our S-ALL Carbon Ultra H2 D30-50 wheels undergo ASTM quality testing at SGS, using 1.5 times the ASTM standard. This testing covers fatigue resistance, impact strength, and material integrity. This ensures long-term reliability even in extreme riding conditions. Every wheel meets international safety and quality standards.
