S-ALL Carbon Ultra H2 D50 Wheelset Passes SGS Durability Test at 1.5x Standard

At Superteam, we believe confidence starts with proven performance. Based on the original quality inspection process. To reinforce rider trust, we submitted our latest S-All Carbon Ultra H2 D50 Disc Brake Carbon Spoke Wheelset to global testing leader SGS for advanced durability testing, conducted at 1.5 times the standard testing intensity. (This standard applies to all H2 series products.)

The purpose was clear: to validate long-term structural reliability under demanding riding conditions. The test was carried out from April 11 to May 8, 2025, based on Annex A of ISO 4210-7:2023 with modification, and executed under SGS’s certified procedures.

1. Test Overview:
Test Method: Durability Test (Annex A of ISO 4210-7:2023 with modification)
2. Conducted by: SGS
3. Conditions: 640 N radial load, over 1,125,000 impact cycles
Setup: Wheel and tire inflated to 90% of recommended pressure, run on a drum with metallic slats at 25 km/h

4. Test result: All three test samples passed successfully
