Bearing pitting will affect the normal operation of the bearing and may cause the following problems:
① Too much pitting on the bearing surface will cause the corrugation of the plate bearing to deform, and the oil film carrying capacity will decrease, thus causing bearing corrosion, wear, and other faults.
② Too much pitting on the bearing surface will increase the axial force of the bearing, increasing the contact pressure between the bearing and the bearing shell, which greatly reduces the fatigue life of the bearing.
③ The appearance of pitting on the bearing surface will cause the bearing to generate greater rolling friction and sliding friction, which will cause the bearing to heat up too high or even burn out.

2. Do not open the cover if you cannot disassemble the bearing: Do not open the cover to clean and oil the bearing if it is not removed from the hub - it will break faster.

3. Do not open the cover if the craftsmanship and tools are not good: When opening the cover, keep the sealing cover intact, without deformation, clean and tidy - otherwise it will increase friction and the effect will be worse.

4. Do not remove the cover if the working environment is not good: Pay attention to the maintenance environment, it is best to have an air gun to prevent dust from falling in - no one can guarantee whether it is fine hair or a grain of sand.

5. Do not open the cover if you cannot clean the inside thoroughly: You must have a suitable solvent and detergent to thoroughly remove the grease inside > and prevent foreign matter from mixing in.
