Can the product be customized?

Product decals and accessories can be customized. For specific custom projects please email us.

  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    1. Select a category to explore.
    2. Once you have done so, choose your like under the drop-down menu of an item and click “Add to Cart”. You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your cart.
    3. When you are ready to check out, Click on the buy now or shopping bag icon and you will be taken to a page with a summary of the items you wish to purchase.
    4. Click on “ Checkout”
    5. Enter your details and address and click “Complete Order”.

  • MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

There can be several reasons for payment decline. If you are using PayPal, make sure your PayPal account has enough balance. If you are using Credit Card, please call the bank hotline right away to fix the issue.

  • IS SHOPPING ONLINE WITH SUPERTEAM SECURE?

Yes. Our site features state-of-the-art security systems so your online payment is secure. Your payment details or information are never stored. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

  •  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically process within 2-14 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 7-30 days.

  • HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

SUPERTEAM is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, SUPERTEAM  cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our returns policy. 

  •  HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from SUPERTEAM. Coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed. 

  • HOW DO I OPT-OUT OF EMAILS?

Why would you want to?! Our fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email. “

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

  • HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

To cancel your order, we must hear from you within 6 hours of ordering on the day of ordering. It’s worth noting that we are really quick at packing and processing your order. That’s something we’re really proud of, but it means we are not able to make any amendments to your order after the day of ordering. Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. They can be returned once they arrive.

  • I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE…WHERE’S MY ORDER?

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
